Oytun İdil, MD was born in 1970.

He received his bachelor’s degree in medicine from İstanbul University Faculty of Medicine (1988-1994).

He completed his medical specialist education between 1994-2000 at the plastic surgery clinic of Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine.

After completing his medical specialist education, he worked for a while as a medical specialist doctor (MD) at the Konur Hospital in Bursa, where he worked mainly on hand surgery and microsurgery.

Since 2004 he has been working as a private physician in İstanbul (Nisa Hospital, Femme Estetik-Ulus, Oksiart Estetik Merkezi-Ulus, Büyükçekmece Kolan Hospital, ClinicIstanbul-Mecidiyeköy, Güngören Kolan Hospital, Estetistanbul Hair Center, Betty Beauty Club, Maya Mecidiyeköy); he has been admitting his patients in his own clinic in Nişantaşı since 2015.

His personal professional interests are mainly male genital aesthetics, breast aesthetics, butt augmentation using implants, calf restoration with silicone implants and facial aesthetics (face lift procedures). He performs many surgeries that other doctors do not frequently involve in (reducing the laryngeal protrusion -Adam's apple-, removal of the buccal fat (Bichectomy, Beverly hills cheek), drooling surgery (i.e. Stopping the unintentional loss of saliva from the mouth in children with cerebral palsy etc.). Apart from surgical applications, he applies non-surgical aesthetics such as filler, botox injections and PRP applications.

Between 1988-1994, while he was studying medicine in İstanbul University Faculty of Medicine, he was both amateurishly and professionally engaged in drawing (He drew cartoons and comics in magazines such as Gırgır, Fırt, Çarşaf, Pişmiş kelle, RH+, Deli). Between 1994 and 2000 while he was in Bursa, he also worked for J.I.C.A which is located in Bursa and produces brochures, films and animations for the Ministry of Health (experimental cell-animation, illustration of brochures, flip-chart illustrations). Since 2000, he has ceased routine drawing; he has been developing himself in internet technologies as a hobby. He personally encodes and designs his own websites. Topics such as cosmology, artificial intelligence, maritime, literature (science fiction and horror), comic books, animation, information technology (web design, graphics, video editing, blokchain technology), theoretical physics and quantum physics (M-theorem, subatomic particles in physics, entangled particles, string theory, anti-matter, dark matter and dark energy etc..) attracts his interest.

He is not interested in rhinoplasty at all, he does not perform rhinoplasty surgeries.

He is fluent in English and is beginner in Japanese.

In 2018, he was granted the "Most innovative plastic surgeon of Turkey" award.

He holds Amateur Seafarer Certificate and Short Distance Radio Operator Competence Certificates.

He appeared in 3 episodes of the TV series "46 Yok Olan", which was also broadcast on Star Tv. This series can be watched on Netflix today.

Edgar Allan Poe, HP Lovecraft, P. K. Dick, Kurt Vonnegut Jr., Ray Bradbury, Clive Barker are his favorite authors.

Although rare in recent years, he has also been working on a special comic book project in his spare time (he plans to finish and publish it by 2020-22).

He has been to the North pole (he planted a Turkish flag on the pole), the South pole, Argentina, Mexico, Russia, France, Spain, Portugal, USA, the Bahamas, TRNC, Jamaica, Haiti, Norway, Sweden, Greece, Germany, Japan, Maldives, Ukraine; he has still been traveling.

He is a frequent participant in music festivals, especially abroad. Such as Hellfest, 70000 tons of metal, Full metal holiday, Megacruise, TUSKA.

He has published articles in domestic and foreign medical journals.

He has appeared in the media many times, consulted on aesthetic surgery. His medical writings are published in various publications.
